General Information

We will need 1 to 2 business days (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday) to process and pack your parcel. Mailing timeframe given is on top of the processing lead time given.

If order consist of Customized items, there will be additional production lead time on top of the mailing timeframe given. Please refer to the individual customised listing for the estimated lead time.

Please note that shipping details mention below is only available for Singapore region and for other country, we will need you to email/ whatsapp us @ +6582227491 so that we can calculate the shipping cost for you.

Order Readiness

You will be receiving a confirmation email from us once we have processed the order. (Note, occasionally, email might be inside the spam box)

For customised, confirmation email will indicate that item is ready and we will prepare in-accordingly to your input shipping method. If the shipping method is self collection, you may proceed to collect the item from us.

Order included with customised item will only be posted out once production is completed and from posting out it will take additional below shipping timeline.

If you need normal items to be posted out first and customized item to be posted out after production date, you will have to place as separate orders.

Mailing Information

For mailing: Items will be posted out in 1-2 working days (excluding Thurs, weekends and Public Holidays). Please buffer extra 1-2 working days on top of below delivery timeline from respective courier for the parcel to reach to you. For Courier delivery, specific timeslot and request can’t be fulfilled via MEMO as it all depends on the courier route (10am to 10pm delivery) and it is beyond our control.

Standard Courier Mailing:  You will be receiving tracking number/updates from the courier via SMS once the parcel has been posted out.

• In case of any shipping related matters, please contact the courier directly to follow up.
• In any mishap that the delivery fails, for instance, there is no one to receive the parcel at the point of delivery, you will need to contact the courier directly to re-schedule.
• We should not bear any responsibility with any courier delay where it is handled by external courier that is beyond our capacity in control. However we will try our best to resolve this issue.

Express Courier : After processing, Order will be deliver on the next working day after it is placed from the website. Working day does not include (Thursday, Weekend and PH).

Delivery time-slot cannot be selected and will deliver between 12pm to 10pm.

For Self-Collection : Upon receiving of Order Confirmation notification email. Items will be ready for collection. Please check on our collection address and availability timing from HERE.

Delivery options (Helium Balloons Only or / Items + Helium Balloons)

Booking of specific date and time within 1 hour time frame can be selected at the checkout page. Request can’t be fulfilled via MEMO in delivery without getting a confirmation from our staff for special request. If your event date and timing can’t be fulfilled from stated timeslots, do inquire with us via whatsapp chat box or email to [email protected] to check on the availability.

– Items placed together in the cart with helium balloons will be able to self collect on the next working day. Please check on collection address and availability timing from HERE.

In case you want items to be mailed out to you first, you will have to place separate orders with correct delivery option. Do not combine all the items and helium balloons in one order and write in MEMO to be delivered with different delivery options. For example, if you want the decors items to be mailed to you first and for helium balloons to be delivered only on the actual event date, do place separate orders, one with courier option for instance and the other separate order with helium balloons delivery service.

Helium Balloons Delivery is islandwide across Singapore.

  • The delivery will be available at the drop off point which is the nearest car park located or the nearest lobby/ pickup point.
  • There will be additional $20 on top of the delivery fee if you would like us to deliver to the restricted location.
