WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY?
Currently we are based in Singapore and only shipping within Singapore. Once your order has been placed, we will post out within 1-2 working days. For more info on delivery options and timeline, please refer to HERE
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
For those who opted for Registered Mail for parcels, you will receive a tracking number inside notification email once we have posted out. Alternatively you can check your registered mail parcel status from HERE.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED?
For fragile items, we use bubble wraps and corrugated cards to minimize the damage as little as possible. In an unlikely event that you item arrives damaged and not usable, please notify us with a snapshot of the product and order number via Facebook chatbox available at the right bottom of the page within 48 hours once you received the item. We will then arrange for a re-mailing to you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN SHIPPING?
For Singpost normal mail, occasionally mail loss or delay may occur which is beyond our control, which we will not be responsible. We will strongly ONLY recommend to opt for registered courier, which comes within 2 days time after we have processed and posted out with re-delivery available in case you missed out to receive.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
We take extra care in packing your orders and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused when incorrect items are shipped to you. Please contact us at via Facebook chatbox available at the right bottom of the page to inform us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you immediately or we will arrange for the item to be picked up from store.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple satchels/boxes due to its size. If this happens, orders may occasionally be delivered in subsequent days. Please contact us to check if this is the case. In the unlikely event that we have missed an item off your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be post out immediately or prepare the item to be picked up instore asap.
Please be aware that orders placed are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is due to online stocks management, processing and some personalized works involved. Please make sure, and double check correct mailing address, correct design and correct quantity has been placed in cart before checking out.
HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
All orders are prepared and posted out within 1-2 working days. Most orders placed before 9am, will be posted out same working day. Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes except for helium inflated balloons!
As we are located in Singapore, for overseas order, you will have to add to cart for the desired items and check with us mailing fees before placing the order for the top up. Email us for a screenshot of the items list to email@example.com together with your mailing address to check on the international parcel rates and delivery timeline. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
CAN I PURCHASE UNINFLATED BALLOONS AND INFLATE THEM EXTERNALLY OUTSIDE THE STORE?
Yes you may purchase flat uninflated balloons and get them inflated outside our store however we do not bear any responsible if the balloons is damaged due to the wrong method and inflating experience by external vendor.
We will strongly recommend you to purchase our helium balloons directly to prevent any disappointment in your event day 🙂
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL SPACE? CAN I WALK IN TO VIEW THE ITEMS?
Sadly, not yet. Currently we are not a storefront and walk-in viewing/ purchase is not available. You will have to place the order online in advance 1 day before coming down for collection.
