- Comes with digital mock up and our creative team will reach you via WhatsApp or email after the order is placed if the order is placed 3 working days in advance.
- Profile picture colours theme in mini balloons (Pastel Tiffany, Pastel Light Blue & Chrome Silver), you can amend the colour choices in the selection dropdown.
- Also recommended to top up for “LED fairy lights around the balloon and as balloon string” as they will definitely perfect the look and create a WOW factor.
- Indicate via the order memo during checkout if you have any theme or character that you would like us to customise (only available for silhouette shape with simple colors).
Recommended to place order by 2-3 working days prior to your event date, else our creative team is unable to reach you in time for the digital mock-up confirmation and will decide suitable design accordingly on our own based on the phrase given.

Helium Balloons Floating Guide
* 24 inch Personalized bubble Balloons
- Minimum Floating hours: 2 to 3 days (However we will advise you to collect on the actual day so that the balloons will be in the best condition in presenting.)
* Side Latex Balloons Bouquet
- Minimum Floating hours: approx 8 hours floating (only to opt few hours before the actual event date)
Price include customised label, tassels, ribbon, and stuffed mini balloons or confetti with helium inflated.
Ordering
As we will need to create mocks for the personalised message by design team, it is recommended to place the order as soon as possible or at the very minimum, 3 working days in advance prior to the event date. Mock-up will be send to our you via whatsapp or email and we only accept 1 x minor amendment.
If you place the order very last minute without 3 working days in advance, mocks will not be presented, and our design team will choose a design which they deem suitable according to your phrase.
Points to Note:
- Please avoid putting the balloon under high temperature, direct exposure under the sun, friction and force etc which might cause the balloon to deflate.
- Parental guidance is recommended for children to use the balloons.
- Please discard defected balloons immediately.
- Avoid any sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
Copying of other vendor design We would not accept any replicas of other vendor design as we do believe that all designs should be respected. However you may let us know the type of design/preferred theme, so that our creative team will be able to make a unique design for your party event.
