IMPORTANT NOTE: 
1)  The price is only for one mug, both front and back side printed in same design.
2) As it is of Cartoon Character Design, the facial features won’t be the same as actual photo person. For example, eyebrow position, eyes, nose etc.
3) The character will be drawn based on uploaded image Hair Style, and Clothing Color etc to match.
4) After uploading the photo, please write in the memo field on the specific requirement.
5) Photo to be uploaded in clean background and simple posture.
6) This definitely would be a fun and memorable piece. Only to purchase if you are not too particular about perfection.
7) Digital artwork will be sent to the email for you to use for any other purpose. You can use the same digital artwork for handphone screen, to be printed out on couple tee etc.

– Lead time: Each drawing is hand drawn upon order submission. Generally, will take around 2-3 weeks time to complete the drawing and production. We will send a digital mockup once the artwork is ready for a confirmation. Only 2 x minor changes are allowed. Additional changes will be charged accordingly. Any delay in mock confirmation will add on additional lead time days in production.

– Printed Graphics on Mug. Graphic will not be faded or peeled off over time.

– Upon receiving order confirmation from email, item is ready for Mailing/ Self-collection based on your selection on the checkout page.

– Please allow up to 5% of imperfection and some allowance on the surface condition. Slight color difference might occur from screen display. Only to purchase if you are not too particular about perfection.
