The term Misty Daydream or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website who’s registered office is Misty Daydream , 3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62, LINK@AMK, #08-28, Singapore 569139. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer or viewer of the website.

- Shipping & Delivery
- For all the orders, we will process next working day to either post out or to be ready for self-collection at our warehouse in the next working day afternoon onwards. For specific timeline of delivery charges and timeline, please click HERE.
- No items are dispatched and prepared during thursdays, weekends and public holidays. For instance, if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will only be dispatched on the following working day, Monday. If you order on a Wednesday, orders will only be processed and prepared on Friday (as we are off every Thurs). If you have any inquiry, email us at email@example.com.
- Helium Balloons Delivery
- – Kindly ensure that someone can help receive the helium balloons delivery order at the earliest time-slot stated with us as re-delivery charges might incur if there is no one to receive within 15 mins lead time. For example if you opt for 11:00am-12:00pm timeslot, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address by 11am. Kindly refrain from requesting an early timelsot if no one can help receive the balloons as re-delivery will be charged (based on availability to re-schedule for another timeslot).
- – Helium Balloons will be delivered at requested date and timeslot. However, in an unlikely event, due to weather or traffic, the actual delivery time might varies 30 mins to an hour of specified time.
– For hotels & shopping malls, our delivery will be delivering till the drop-off point/ taxi stand, or hotel lobby ONLY. Additional charge of $20 will incur if there is a need to be delivered to the hotel room or shopping mall restaurant due to labour and additional expenses. We will advise you not to state with us the delivery instruction on the memo as it will be ignored.
– Once our staff has passed the helium balloons, please handle balloons with care. Do not put under direct sunlight nor put them near sharp edges. No replacement/ refund will be made if the helium balloon burst after 1 hour of delivery time. Ideally, it is advisable to put the helium balloons indoors to prolong floating hours.
– Only opt for helium balloons delivery few hours before your event time. Floating time for helium balloons may vary based on balloons type (latex balloons floating time will be shorter than foil balloons in general). Please refer to below Helium Balloons Floating Time as a general guideline.
- Helium Balloons Collection
- Helium Balloons will only be available for collection at the requested date and time during your checkout. As we do have a tight schedule to follow, we do not accept early collection without early update (at least 1 working day) to us with confirmation. If you drop by to us early and balloons are not ready yet, you might be required to wait during your collection. Also, please refer to below Helium Balloons Floating Time as a general guideline,

* 12 inch latex balloons ~ approx 8 hours
- * 16 inch latex balloons ~ approx 10 hours
- * 36 inch latex balloons ~ approx 24 – 30 hours
- Foil Balloons
* 18 inch foil balloons > at least 24 hours
* 40 inch giant letter foil balloons > at least 24 hours
* Foil Balloons bouquet > at least 24 hours
* 24 Inch Bubble Balloons > at least 24 hours – 3 days
- * Orbz Balloons > at least 24 hours – 3 days
Nevertheless, for all types of balloons, optimally, we will only recommend to collect / opt for delivery on the actual event date itself to prevent the balloons not to oxidize / or not to have wrinkles/ air bubbles especially for personalized stickers.
- Self-collection of items
- You will be required to come down within 60 days from the date of purchase for collection. Otherwise, your orders will be removed from the store and voided. It is advisable to seek for standard courier for parcels delivery if you think you can’t collect within 60 days. Items that are not claimed within 60 days will be discarded and are non-refundable and exchangeable.
We will advise you not to state with us the collection instruction on the memo as it will be ignored, you can refer to HERE. for the available time slot in collection.
Kindly provide your order number upon collection. If you are unable to collect your order, you can send someone else to collect on your behalf. However, do let the person aware of the order number and the items purchased.

- Returns/ Refunds
- Orders placed are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Faulty/ Missing Items
- If you found the product is faulty or missing from order list in an unlikely event , we are happy to offer the exchange/ replacement. Do inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org together with a snapshot of the items received and order number.
i) we will post out new items to you to replace for faulty/ missing product, (Do allow estimated 2-4 working days delivery time via mailing, apologies that we are unable to send the replacement personally same day, and hence do place the orders for your event as early as possible)
ii) you may drop by to our warehouse @LINK@AMK for an exchange if you need urgently, or
iii) you may request for a full refund for damaged products via original payment method.
- To place an order, simply select the product you would like to purchase by clicking on Add to Shopping Basket. Once you have finished browsing the site, you can then proceed to our secure checkout area. If you have registered your details with us previously, you will be asked to log-in. If not you can create an account or if you’d prefer, you can use our quick order facility enabling you to make a purchase without having to register with us. All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail, a call or WhatsApp regarding any delivery delays. Please note our initial email with the title “Thank you for your order” simply acknowledges your order, and it does not confirm or make it legally binding. The order between us & you, the customer, is only accepted when the payment has been processed, stock allocated & the order has been dispatched. You will receive a second email, a confirmation email with the title “Order confirmation”. We do reserve the right to decline your order, if that’s the case we will contact you if we require further information or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
- Complaints Procedure
- We really hope you have enjoyed shopping with us, if you are at all unhappy with any of our services and/or policies please contact us at email@example.com. We rarely have issues with the products, and if you do, we can usually sort out quickly via email. We will reply to all messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. When registering for an account or at various stages of the checkout process you will be asked to provide certain information; invoice address, delivery address, name etc. This information will enable us to effectively process your order and manage your account, it is not collated for any other purpose. We do not store customers Financial Information (Credit or Debit Card Details) We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so. If you sign up to our newsletter we will send you periodic emails about new product launches, special offers and sales. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials you may opt-out at any time. If you choose not to sign up to our newsletter the only emails that we will send you will be essential order related emails (order confirmation & dispatch notifications). Our customers security is our main priority and for your peace of mind we have taken every possible precaution to ensure your personal information is protected. We use the latest technology (which is the industry standard security protocol) to protect your credit card details.
