Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive an initial order processing email to indicate the order is well received. Please check your spam box if you are unable to locate the information.
Order confirmation will be sent on the next working day to indicate order is ready for collection or mailing. For order consist of helium balloons, it will be prepared with your booked timeslot for collection/ delivery. Order confirmation will only be sent for customised item once the production lead time is completed. For the lead time, please refer to your item listing description.
Please also read through on the instruction given on the email sent. Invoice will also be attached with the order confirmation.
Please also ensure that all order details in the check out is correct before submitting the order. We do reserve the right to decline your order, if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason.
Working day are not considering weekend/ public holiday.
Only to purchase if you are comfortable with an acceptance of 5% imperfection with all the product listed where it is either handmade or factory made.
Customised Item required a certain production lead time, please refer to each of the item description for the mention. It does not factor any mailing lead time selected during checkout.

Below information will be related to general party supplies and customised item.
1) Shipping & Delivery
- For all the orders placed, we will process on the next working day. Please refer HERE for the mailing lead time and information .
- Pickupp courier will be our preferred mailing provider. We should not bear any responsibility with the delay of standard/ express courier mailing where it is beyond our reach as the delivery is not handled by us. Likewise in the event of delay, please contact us via our livechat so that we will try our best to resolve this matters by liaising and communicating with the customer services and provide you a solution.
- Please be responsible to fill up all the shipping details correctly at the checkout pages. An order notification will be send to you immediately once the order is placed, you may double check the details on your email and update us if there is any fill inputted wrongly. We will not be responsible for any incorrect input filled wrongly that result in wrong address delivery or failed delivery.
(ii) [Gift box]
- We should not bear any responsible if the complimentary gift box is damaged by courier (Standard or Express) during transit delivery. Please arrange for collection if you would like to have a good conditional gift box.
For amendment such as shipping option to self collection, the balance fee will be returned as store credit with 6month validation only.
Please ensure you have received the Order confirmation notification from your email before heading down to the collection point.
Quote us the order number during the collection. In the event that you are unable to collect the order yourself, you can send someone to collect on your behalf. Please also ensure that the person/courier in behalf is aware of the order number and the item details.
Please check your order before you leave the premises. We will not bear any responsible by re-deliver or refund the order if it is missed from our end.

- (ii) [Holding]
- You will be required to collect the order within 60 days from the date of purchase. Orders will be discarded and voided without any notification in due to space limitation of item holding.
- If you are unable to collect within the holding period It is advisable to reach us and upgrade to standard courier mailing or request external courier to pickup from your behalf.
- Items that are not claimed after 60 days will be discarded and will not be subjected to any refund and exchange.
- (iii) [Instruction]
- Please do not state any order instruction on the order memo as it will not be comply. You are to check with us via our live chat if there is any unsure or concern before placing the order.
- (Iv) [Late Collection]
- We will not be responsible for late collection. Refund/ return and store credit will not be available if you are unable to collect your order after our usual operation hours.
3) Returns/ Refunds
- Orders placed are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGABLE. Please double check your order during checkout before submitting the order.
- In case of duplicated order, we will cancel the duplicated order and return the amount as store credit only. This is to prevent deduction of credit charges and processing from the bank. Validity of store credit can be hold for 6month only.
4) Faulty/ Missing Items
- If you found the item is faulty or missing from the order list in an unlikely event , we are happy to offer the replacement/ exchange. This does not applied to listing that stated in the acceptance conditional.
- Contact us via our livechat with a snapshot of the faulty items during your reporting.
- * For Mailing option by Standard courier/ Express courier.
i) we will post out new items to you to replace for faulty/ missing product, (Do allow an estimated lead time of 3-5 working days via mailing.
ii) you may also drop by to our warehouse @[email protected] for an exchange if you required urgently.
- * For Self Collection. Please check your order at the collection point if there is any defect and replacement can only be available by visit the store.
- To place an order, simply select the product you would like to purchase and add to the Shopping cart.
- Once you have finished browsing the site, you can then proceed to our secure checkout pages and submit the order.
- Payment is available via credit, debit card and Paypal only.
- We will strongly recommend you to register an account with us for point rewards by accumulated, as well the Order tracking and updates in the latest promotion that we are offering.
- You may also place the order without having to register the account as guest checkout.
6) Complaints Procedure

We will reply to all messages within 2 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

By consenting to our terms and conditions, you will acknowledge that any of your purchased item(s) images and videos may appear on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or more). We reserve the right to post the content of your purchased item(s) to our social media and marketing platforms. We will not be require to seek your consent or pay any imposed fees. You are able to let us know if you do not feel comfortable and we will respect and follow to your instruction.
