Welcome to Misty Daydream. It is your responsible to read and accept the following terms and conditions of the stated before you place and submit the order on this website.

The term Misty Daydream or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website who’s registered office is Misty Daydream , 3 Ang Mo Kio Street 62, [email protected], #08-25, Singapore 569139. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer or viewer of the website.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a initial order processing email to indicate the order is well received. Please check your spam box if you are unable to locate the information.

Order confirmation will be sent within 1 to 2 working day to indicate order is ready for collection or mailing. For order consist of helium balloons, it will be prepared for collection/ delivery by your input time slot. Please do not be alarm when you received an order confirmation.

Order confirmation will only be sent for customised item once the production lead time is completed. For the lead time, please refer to your item listing description.

Please also read through on the instruction given on the email sent. Invoice will also be attached with the order confirmation.

Please also ensure that all order details in the check out is correct before submitting the order. We do reserve the right to decline your order, if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason.

1) Shipping & Delivery
  • For all the orders, we will process in 1 to 2 working day by either mailing/ delivery. Please ensure that you have received the Order confirmation before heading down to the collection. For specific timeline of delivery charges and timeline, please click HERE.
  • No items are dispatched and prepared during Thursdays, weekends and public holidays. For instance, if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will only be dispatched on the following working day, Monday. If you order on a Wednesday, orders will only be processed and prepared on Friday (as we are off every Thurs). If you have any inquiry, email us at [email protected].
  • We should not bear any responsibility with any courier delay where it is handled by external courier that is beyond our capacity in control however we will try our best to resolve this issue by liaising and communicating with the customer of the arrangement in collection if needed.
  • [Amendment] of shipping details is available however balance fee will not be refunded, credit or exchangeable.
  • Please be responsible to fill up the details correctly at the checkout pages and you can re-confirm the information on your order confirmation send to you after the order is placed. MistyDaydream will not be responsible for any incorrect input filled wrongly that result in wrong address delivery or failed delivery.
  • We should not bear any responsible if the complimentary gift box is damaged by courier (Standard or Express) during transit delivery. Please arrange for collection if you would like to have a good conditional gift box.
2) Helium Balloons Delivery
  • Kindly ensure that someone can receive the helium balloons delivery by the earliest time-slot selected, please note that our driver are unable to wait at the location for more than 10min. In the event of such event happen, the delivery will be mark “FAILED” and the balloons will be returned in the lead time of 3 to 4 hours to the warehouse. Afterward you can re-arrange for self collection or opt as re-delivery and charges will incur. [For example if you opt for 11:00am-12:00pm timeslot, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address by 11am and reachable by the contact number given. Kindly refrain from requesting an early time slot if no one can help receive the balloons as re-delivery fee will be charged.
  • Please ensure that you are present at the location to receive the balloons prior to delivery (As we are sure to know that you will protect the balloons at all causes). We will not bear any responsible if the balloons are directed to external person or duty event staff if it is found defect/burst.
  • Helium Balloons will be delivered at the timeslot selected. However in an unlikely event, due to weather or traffic conditional, the actual delivery time might take additional 30 mins to an hour of specified time and rejection of receiving balloons from the delivery team is not allowed where the balloons has already been inflated.
  • – For hotels & shopping malls, due to restriction that is beyond our control, the delivery will only be located at the drop-off point/ taxi stand, or hotel lobby ONLY. The driver will notice you by call upon/prior to the delivery location on the actual day if there is any problem and we hope for your kind understanding in this.
  • We will only acknowledge the delivery instruction by message or Whatsapp and please refrain from inputting at the order memo as it will be ignored.
  • Once our staff has passed the helium balloons, please handle balloons with care. Do not put under direct sunlight nor put them near sharp edges. No replacement/ refund will be made after the acceptance of order. Ideally, it is advisable to put the helium balloons indoors to prolong floating hours.
  • Only opt for helium balloons delivery few hours before your event time. Floating time for helium balloons may vary based on balloons type (latex balloons floating time will be shorter than foil balloons in general). Please refer to below Helium Balloons Floating Time as a general guideline.
  • In the cases of minor balloons burst during/ after delivery that it is beyond our control, (Example 12″ balloons burst, we will compensate the amount in total only). We will only re-deliver the balloons (Cap at 1 hours after receiving/delivered) when the main balloons (Customised balloons) is burst or damaged.
  • [Amendment] Please provide us the lead time of at least 2 working day before the event for any amendment in due to change of date, time and address. We will not hold any responsible if the notice is given before the stated lead time in due to rush factor.
    • The restricted area that we do not deliver:
      • East Coast/ West Coast Park BBQ Pit & Shophouse.
      • Bus-Stop 
      • Road Side
      • Villa which required Buggy access
      • Yacht port
    • The delivery will be available at the drop off point which is the nearest car park located or the nearest lobby/ pickup point.
    • There will be additional $20 on top of the delivery fee if you would like us to deliver to the restricted location. 

3) Helium Balloons Collection
    Helium Balloons will only be available for the collection at the earliest timeslot selected during your checkout.
    [For Amendment], Please notice us at least 2 working day in advance. We do not accept early collection without advance notice.
    Balloons is not advisable to place at hot surroundings (Car boots or leave unattended during the Hot Sun) that will result in gas expansion. We will not be responsible if the balloons is not handling with care).
    Gas will compress if the temperature is cold and expand in hot surrounding.  It is advisable to request a straw from our store crew during your collection if your order consist of 40inch letter/number foil balloons.
    Handle your balloons with care and avoid contact with all object as it is a fragile item. It is also advisable to check on your surrounded car interior for any potential object that may damage the balloons. We will not be responsible if the damage of balloons is causes by the handling method at your care. In an incident that the foil balloons burst or leak. Defected balloons has to bring back to us for any replacement by collection only.
    Helium balloons in collection will be hold outside the store if it has passed our operation hours. We will not take any responsible in any lost or damaged afterward.
4) Helium Balloons Floating Time

It is important to understand the type of balloons floating hours and as an advisory measure, the floating hours has been listed in the web pages listing.  We do not encourage to collect the balloons early as it will result in balloons deflating over the period and shorten the lifespan of the floating hours.

Latex Balloons
* 12 inch latex balloons ~ approx 8 hours
* 16 inch latex balloons ~ approx 10 hours
* 36 inch latex balloons ~ approx 24 – 30 hours
Foil Balloons
* 18 inch foil balloons > at least 24 hours
* 40 inch giant letter foil balloons > at least 24 hours
* Foil Balloons bouquet > at least 24 hours
Special Balloons
* 24 Inch Bubble Balloons > at least 24 hours – 3 days
* Orbz Balloons > at least 24 hours – 3 days
Nevertheless, for all types of balloons, optimally, we will only recommend to collect / opt for delivery on the actual event date itself to prevent the balloons not to oxidize / or have wrinkles/ air bubbles especially for personalized stickers.

We do not bear any responsible if the balloons is not floating after the floating hours listed.

5) Self-collection
Check your order before your leave the premise. We will not bear any responsible by re-deliver or refund the order if it is missed from our end. Please take responsibility by checking the order during the collection.
You will be required to come down within 60 days from the date of purchase for collection. Orders will be removed from the store and voided in due to space limitation of item holding.
If you are unable to collect within the holding period It is advisable to seek for standard courier for parcels delivery.
Items that are not claimed after 60 days will be discarded and will not be subjected to any refund and exchange.
Do not state any collection instruction on the order memo as it will be ignored. You can refer to HERE. for the available time slot in collection.
Kindly provide your order number upon collection. In the event that you are unable to collect the order yourself, you can send someone to collect on your behalf. Please also ensure that the person/courier in behalf is aware of the order number and details.

We will not be responsible for late collection after our usual operation hours. Refund will not be available in this cases if event has passed.
6) Returns/ Refunds
Orders placed are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGABLE. Please double check your order during checkout before submitting the cart.
In case of duplicated order, we will cancel the duplicated order and return the amount as store credit only. This is to prevent deduction of credit charges and processing from the bank. Validity of store credit can be hold for 6month only.
7) Faulty/ Missing Items
If you found the product is faulty or missing from order list in an unlikely event , we are happy to offer the exchange/ replacement. This does not applied to listing that stated in the acceptance conditional.
Email us at [email protected] together with a snapshot of the faulty items received with the order number.
* For Mailing/ standard courier/ Express courier.
i) we will post out new items to you to replace for faulty/ missing product, (Do allow estimated 3-5 working days via mailing.
ii) you may also drop by to our warehouse @[email protected] for an exchange if you need urgently.
* For Self Collection. Please check your order at the collection point and if there is any defect, replacement can only be available by visit the store.
8) Ordering
To place an order, simply select the product you would like to purchase and add to the Shopping cart.
Once you have finished browsing the site, you can then proceed to our secure checkout area.

We will strongly recommend to register an account with us to accumulated point rewards, order tracking and updates in the latest promotion that we are offering.

You may use our quick order facility to make a purchase using guest checkout without having to register the account with us.

This website is safety guarded by cyber security to prevent any leak of customer information.

9) Complaints Procedure
We really hope you have enjoyed shopping with us, if you are at all unhappy with any of our services and/or policies please contact us at [email protected]. We rarely have issues with the products, and if you do, we can usually sort out quickly via email.  We will reply to all messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
10) Privacy & Security
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. When registering for an account or at various stages of the checkout process you will be asked to provide certain information; invoice address, delivery address, name etc. This information will enable us to effectively process your order and manage your account, it is not collated for any other purpose. We do not store customers Financial Information (Credit or Debit Card Details) We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so. If you sign up to our newsletter we will send you periodic emails about new product launches, special offers and sales. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials you may opt-out at any time. If you choose not to sign up to our newsletter the only emails that we will send you will be essential order related emails (order confirmation & dispatch notifications). Our customers security is our main priority and for your peace of mind we have taken every possible precaution to ensure your personal information is protected. We use the latest technology (which is the industry standard security protocol) to protect your credit card details. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology encrypts all of your personal information into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
11) Marketing & Social Platform
By consenting to our terms and conditions, you will acknowledge that any of your purchased item(s) images and videos may appear on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok or more). We reserve the right to post the content of your purchased item(s) to our social media and marketing platforms. We will not be require to seek your consent or pay any imposed fees. You are able to let us know if you do not feel comfortable and we will respect and follow to your instruction.
