Artwork support, not just printing

Send a finished vector file or a rough concept. Our design team advises on how the artwork will behave on a curved, stretched surface, flags fine details that may not reproduce cleanly, and sends a digital proof for your sign-off before production starts.

We print on three main balloon types. Customisation covers balloon material and size, ink and colour options, and single- or double-sided printing.

Latex Balloon Printing

Our 12-inch biodegradable latex balloons come in over 30 colours — standard white and black through to silver, chrome, metallic and pastel shades. Latex can be inflated with helium or air, so the same printed balloon works for floating displays when you want to enhance event decorations, and for balloon arches and garlands.

Printed latex balloons are an affordable, high-impact way to put a logo or message in front of a crowd at low cost. They work well for corporate branding and events, while also suiting birthdays, baby showers and graduation parties, and they can double as low-cost promotional items that keep a brand visible. Printed balloons also tend to create photo opportunities that help increase social media presence, which is extra reach for a brand.

Foil Balloon Printing

Properly filled foil helium balloons can float for several hours and hold helium far longer than latex, which makes them a practical choice for multi-day displays, weekend exhibitions, and event decoration that needs to stay polished. The metallic surface also holds sharper print edges and richer colour than latex does.

Personalised foil balloons suit weddings, anniversaries and corporate milestone celebrations where the finish needs to look premium and enhance the overall setup. Personalised helium balloons are also popular for corporate events as well as wedding and birthday party setups. Giant Balloon Printing

For trade shows, grand openings and street-level promotions, our giant balloons go up to 36 inches — large enough for a logo to read across a convention hall or from the pavement outside a retail unit.

Giant balloons hold their own in open outdoor spaces where standard 12-inch balloons disappear into the scale of the venue. Ask about giant balloon specifications for high-visibility placements.

How Our Balloon Printing Works

Three steps from first enquiry to delivery.

Step 1 — Design consultation

Send your logo, design or custom message by email to personalise the balloons for your event or create personalised gifts with custom messages on balloons. Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest results. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest resolution you have and our design team will work with it, converting fonts to outlines where needed.

The printable area on a 12-inch latex balloon is roughly 125mm across. We’ll tell you if any fine detail needs adjusting to account for how ink sits on a stretched surface.

Step 2 — Production and quality check

Once you approve the proof, we print with professional-grade inks. Black, white and red are standard ink colours; custom colour matching, including silver and gold, is available at additional cost. Send a Pantone reference and we’ll match your event or brand palette.

Every batch is checked before packing — print clarity, colour consistency and balloon integrity.

Step 3 — Delivery or collection

Choose island-wide delivery anywhere in Singapore, or collect from our LINK@AMK unit. Balloons arrive uninflated and ready for you to fill with helium or air.

Production Lead Times

We plan every order backwards from your event date, so you know at the point of quotation exactly when artwork needs to be locked and when the balloons will reach you.

Larger quantities and multi-colour artwork may extend these timelines. Tell us your event date when you enquire and we’ll confirm a schedule you can plan around.
