Ordering and Delivery Information
Need helium balloons for your celebration? To order, we recommend placing your order online 2-3 working days before your gender reveal party. Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in viewing and purchasing at the moment.

Once your order is placed online, wait for our team to send you a confirmation email with a 6-digit order number. Orders are processed on the next working day, and the earliest collection is available from 2pm the following afternoon.

If time is tight and we can’t confirm the digital mock-up with you, our creative team will pick a design that best suits your chosen phrase. For urgent same-day orders of gender reveal balloons in Singapore, place your order on the website and WhatsApp us the order number so we can expedite it for you.

Shipping Options

Once your order for gender reveal balloons is placed and confirmed, there are two ways to get them:

Self Pick-up: You can pick them up personally at our LINK@AMK location
Delivery Service: If your schedule is too tight, you can book our helium balloons delivery service for just $30. Delivery is free for orders over $200. Your orders will be delivered anytime between 10am-6:30pm from Monday to Friday, and 10am-5pm for Saturday and Sunday.

Restrictions

We deliver gender reveal balloons, balloon bouquets, and other party needs across Singapore except for the following restricted areas:

East Coast/West Coast Park BBQ Pit & Shophouse
Bus Stops
Roadside
Villas requiring buggy access
Yacht ports

For restricted locations, delivery will be to the nearest car park, lobby, or pickup point. There’s an additional $20 fee if you want delivery directly to these restricted locations. We also do not ship our gender reveal balloons and other helium balloons internationally.
