Important Balloon Care Instructions

Temperature & Inflation

• Balloons may expand or contract due to temperature changes.
• For self-collection orders, we recommend requesting a straw from our crew to make minor air adjustments upon arrival at your venue.
• Avoid exposing balloons to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or extreme temperature changes, as these may cause deflation or bursting.

Handling & Storage

• Handle balloons gently and avoid excessive pressure, friction, or force.
• Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pointed edges.
• Store balloons in a cool, sheltered environment to maintain their appearance.
• If a small puncture occurs, transparent adhesive tape may be used as a temporary solution to minimise air leakage.

Safety Precautions

• Adult supervision is recommended when children are handling balloons.
• Keep uninflated or broken balloons away from young children, as they may pose a choking hazard.
• Discard damaged or broken balloons immediately.
• Never inhale helium gas, as it can cause serious health risks.
• Be mindful of thermal expansion and contraction when transporting or displaying balloons.

Please Note: Balloon appearance and inflation levels may vary slightly depending on environmental conditions. Proper handling and storage are essential to maintaining their quality and longevity.
