– Printed Graphics on Mug. Graphic will not be faded or peeled off over time.
– If you would like same handle color for both mugs, you may select as Set design under Mug Design option. Alternatively, if you want different handle color or just purchasing one design, you may add to cart as individual design under Mug Design option.

– Order will be processed on next working day and you will receive a pending production email once the team has processed the order. Our production team will arrange the order in queue and item will be ready in 3-5 working days lead time. You will receive a second email notification as Order completion email. Only upon receiving Order completion email, item is ready for collection/ will be posted out. (do buffer additional 2-3 working days lead time if you are opting for standard courier mailing. i.e, lead time 3-5 working days + mailing 3 working days).

– Please allow up to 5% of imperfection and some allowance on the surface condition as is of handmade per piece item. Slight color difference might occur from screen display.
