Quick Overview of Misty Daydream CNY Wreaths

A CNY wreath from Misty Daydream is a beautifully crafted floral decoration designed specifically for Chinese New Year celebrations in Singapore. These ready-made wreaths have become increasingly popular for 2026 as families look for modern ways to welcome prosperity and good fortune into their homes.

Each Misty Daydream Chinese New Year wreath features lush faux florals in auspicious colours paired with a custom laser-cut surname plaque at the centre. This combination of traditional symbolism and contemporary design makes them perfect for HDB flats, condos, and landed homes across Singapore.

What sets these wreaths apart:

• Custom laser-cut family name plaques in English or Chinese characters
• Premium artificial flowers that last throughout the festive season
• Sized perfectly for standard Singapore apartment doors and entryways
• Designed for walls, main gates, and living room feature displays

Whether you’re decorating your own home or searching for personalised gifts this festive season, a CNY wreath offers a fresh take on traditional door decorations.

Why Choose a CNY Wreath for Chinese New Year 2025

Chinese New Year 2025 marks the Year of the Snake, a symbol of wisdom, intuition, and transformation. Door decorations have always played an important role in welcoming good fortune—they signal to visitors (and according to folklore, to auspicious energies) that your family is ready to receive blessings.

A CNY wreath combines everything meaningful about festive decor into one compact piece:

Traditional decorations like fu (福) door stickers, red lanterns, and spring couplets remain beautiful choices. A floral CNY wreath doesn’t replace these—it complements them as a modern centrepiece that draws the eye.

From a practical standpoint, these wreaths offer several advantages for life in Singapore:

• Reusable: Store and bring out year after year
• Easy installation: No drilling or permanent fixtures required
• Photo-ready: Creates an instant backdrop for family reunion photos
• Conversation starter: Visiting guests will notice the personalised surname plaque

For families who want their home to feel festive without overwhelming their space, a single statement wreath can do the job beautifully.

Misty Daydream Chinese New Year Floral Wreath Designs

Misty Daydream CNY wreaths feature a lush arrangement of premium faux florals combined with delicate oriental accents. The centrepiece of each design is the custom surname plaque, which transforms a decorative item into something deeply personal for your family.

Most wreaths measure between 25–35cm in diameter—a size that works well for standard Singapore apartment doors without overwhelming smaller entryways.

Here are some popular style directions available:

• Classic Prosperity: Deep red peonies paired with gold leaves and mini ingot charms
• Cherry Blossom Dreams: Soft blush cherry blossoms with delicate lantern accents in dusty pink
• Oriental Elegance: Mixed chrysanthemums in warm tones with traditional knotted tassels
• Modern Luxe: Cream and peach flowers with metallic rose gold foliage for a contemporary look

All florals used are artificial or preserved, meaning your wreath will stay fresh-looking throughout the 15 days of Chinese New Year and well beyond. No wilting, no watering, no fuss.

Each CNY wreath arrives pre-arranged with a balanced, full look. You don’t need any DIY skills or floral experience—simply hang and enjoy.

Custom Laser-Cut Surname Plaques on Your CNY Wreath

The custom surname plaque is what transforms a Misty Daydream wreath from lovely decor into a meaningful family statement. It’s the feature that customers love most—and the reason these wreaths make such thoughtful gifts.

Materials and Finishes

Plaques are precision laser-cut from quality materials:

The laser cutting process ensures clean, sharp edges with professional-quality results that you simply can’t achieve with hand-cutting.

Design Options

Your family surname can be displayed in:

• English letters (elegant script or modern sans-serif fonts)
• Chinese characters (traditional calligraphy-style fonts)
• Combined English and Chinese for a bilingual look

The plaque sits at the centre of the wreath, creating a natural focal point that draws the eye.

Ordering Your Custom Plaque

When you add a wreath to your cart, you’ll be prompted to enter your surname and select your preferred finish. Most designs accommodate surnames up to 12 characters in English or 4 characters in Chinese.

Allow additional lead time for laser cutting—ordering before mid-January ensures your personalised wreath arrives in time for Chinese New Year 2025.

One bonus: once the festive season ends, many families keep their surname plaque displayed year-round as elegant oriental home decor.

How to Style and Display Your CNY Wreath at Home

Getting your CNY wreath to look its best is simple. Here are practical styling ideas suited to Singapore homes—from compact HDB flats to spacious condos.

Placement Ideas

Consider these spots for maximum visual impact:

• Main gate or door: The classic choice for welcoming guests
• Foyer wall: Creates an immediate festive impression upon entry
• Above shoe cabinet: Adds height and draws the eye upward
• Living room feature wall: Perfect backdrop for reunion gatherings
• Next to CNY snack table: Ties together your festive spread

Pairing Your Wreath

For a cohesive festive look, style your wreath alongside:

• Red couplets (春联) flanking your doorframe
• Warm fairy lights for evening ambiance
• Ang bao garlands or hanging red packets
• A basket of mandarin oranges below

This layered approach creates a welcoming atmosphere without cluttering your space.

Installation Tips

Misty Daydream wreaths are lightweight and rental-friendly:

• Over-door hooks: Slip over the top of your door—no damage
• Removable wall hooks: Command strips work perfectly
• Ribbon hangers: Some wreaths come with ribbon loops for easy hanging

No drilling required, which is especially important for HDB and rental properties.

If you’ve chosen neutral tones like peach, cream, or dusty pink, your wreath can transition beautifully into everyday oriental home decor once Chinese New Year ends. No need to miss the beauty once the festivities wrap up.
