Important Notes

- Regular air pumps will not allow balloons to float (helium required)
- Air-filled balloons can be taped or tied for display
Usage Tips (For Foil Balloons Only)
- Use an air pump for inflation if not using helium
- If airflow is blocked, gently insert a straw to clear before inflating
- Minor leaks can be temporarily sealed with tape
