This would be an important role in ensuring customers’ satisfaction and customers return purchases and you will be the representation of the brand. You will be the first point of contact and act as a valuable interface between company and client base.  You will also provide administrative and sales support activities to our team and growth of Misty Daydream. You will deal with clients in order to develop, build, maintain, attract, and expand relationships.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer queries and questions
• Be well-versed with the organisation’s products to provide appropriate recommendations to customers
• Provide quotations, issuing invoices and checking product availability
• Attend to feedback and enquiries professionally and resolve any issue/complaints that are raised
• Handle payment transactions and all other transactional paperwork as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (We don’t need you to speak in perfect English. You will be fine so long as your grammar is accurate and you can clearly share and relay information)

• Use heatpress machine and a variety of techniques to print graphics on our lifestyle products items to fulfil the orders

• Produce and deliver impressive graphics content for occasions based customised gifts items new launch based on a set of artworks given or creation of own.
• Source visually stunning and attractive graphics or able to work with given illustrator’s artwork
• Design gift items and prepare working files for the production team as your designs will be printed onto different medium like printed mugs, bottles, tumblers, gift boxes etc based on the upcoming occasion.
• A sharp eye in up-to-date typography, color sense, design fundamentals and principles to create media assets and deliver compelling content
• Communicate and pitch your design direction, decisions, and rationale
• Handle professional product photoshoot/ lifestyle photoshoot independently for new products launch

• Write clean, concise, well-polished copy for social media platform posts
• Enjoys to take video clips and shots and to create content feed for socials

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record that shows capability of creative storytelling and in creating engaging content on digital channels
• Possess and have strong interest in creative flair in digital content creation such as product photography, lifestyle photography, graphics, motion graphics and videography
